As many of our gifts are personally prepared and customized, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before delivery. Preparation time may vary depending on the gift, level of customization, and product availability.

Customized Orders

Please make sure all names, messages, colors, and personalization details are correct when placing your order. Once preparation has started, customized orders may not be changed.
